Most of the time, a failed log in is the result of a misspelled username, email, or password. Please check that your email address and password are properly typed. If you still cannot log in, please follow the instructions to reset your password:
1. From your Dashboard, click the Forgot Your Password? button:
2. Now type in your email address, then click Send Secure Link. This will send an email with a link to reset your password.
Note: The email address will be your PERSONAL email address that you used when you registered, NOT your company email address.
