Most of the time, a failed log in is the result of a mistyped username, email, or password. Please check that your email address and password are properly typed.
If you still cannot log in, click the Forgot Your Password? (1), type in your email address, then click Send Secure Link (2). This will send an email with a link to reset your password.
The EMAIL Address will be your PERSONAL email address you used when you registered. NOT your company email address.
#2 Access to the SUPPORT Site is achieved via Single Sign On (SSO) from within your Dashboard.
Login to your Dashboard as in #1 above. Click on your username at the top right of the screen, then select Support:
You will be fully authenticated to the Support site and able to view your support cases, and post to the community now.
