NOTE: For tracking purposes, open a support ticket for any technical issues or problems.
- Login to your Cylance Smart Antivirus Console.
- Click the down arrow on your User Name (at the top, right):
- Select Support.
This authenticates you into the support site.
You can confirm you are logged in by confirming your name displays in the top, right corner (see #1 below).
- Click Join the conversation (#2 below):
