Once you get logged into your Cylance Smart Antivirus online console, you should be seeing this screen as your home page:
From there, you can click on 'Add a Device' in either of the two locations as seen in screenshot above. You can also click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the page and that will bring you to the same page.
Here, you can select which operating system you are using (MACos or Windows EXE). You can also invite someone to be protected under your account by adding their name and email address and they will be sent a link to download.
When installing on a Windows machine, you should see this come up when you double-click the installer you downloaded:
You will need to run this. You should then be prompted with the next screen:
After you click install, you will be shown the next screen:
You will need to click on yes. After you do that, you will be prompted a screen to input your installation token to finish the installation:
You can copy your installation token a couple of ways. Underneath your token, there is a "Copy Installation token" button you can click and that will copy your token. In the above screenshot, you can Right-Click the white portion and click 'Paste'. That will add your token in that field. Once your token is there, you can click 'Next'.
The above screenshot is the next section. It shows you the location where Cylance Smart Antivirus will be located on your machine. Once you click 'OK', it will finish the installation.
After is it done installing, you will see the above screen. After you click 'Finish', you will see the below message:
At this point, Cylance is successfully installed and you can go ahead and click 'Close'.
To check if the installation was really successful, you can check a couple of places. On your homepage of you Cylance console, you should be able to see the device name of the machine you just installed Cylance Smart Antivirus on. You can also check your CylanceUI in the bottom right corner of your machine.
Once you see this, you have successfully installed Cylance Smart Antivirus.
