Offline Mode indicates the Cylance Smart Antivirus Agent installed on your system is not able to contact your Dashboard.
The Agent must be able to reach the management console (Dashboard) in order to report status updates and receive policy updates. If for whatever reason internet is not available, the system may display Offline Mode. Although it is displaying Offline Mode, the Agent will continue to function as configured and will protect your device. However, it is recommended that you establish an internet connection so that your system is up-to-date with your Dashboard.
